About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how LogicFoam Ltd (“LogicFoam”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.logicfoam.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.

How we use cookies

On this website we currently use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Strictly necessary / security — to protect forms and keep the site secure.
  • Analytics — to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising / conversion measurement — to measure whether visits and enquiries came from ads shown in ChatGPT (OpenAI Ads).

We do not currently load a Meta/Facebook Pixel on this website.

Cookies and technologies we use

1. Strictly necessary and security

These help the website operate securely. They are typically set by Cloudflare (our hosting and security provider) and by Cloudflare Turnstile when you use a contact form.

Name / type Provider Purpose Typical duration
__cf_bm Cloudflare Bot management and site security. Short-lived (usually about 30 minutes)
_cfuvid / related Cloudflare cookies Cloudflare Rate limiting and abuse protection. Session / short-lived
Turnstile challenge cookies / tokens Cloudflare Turnstile Bot protection on enquiry forms. Turnstile may set cookies or use similar local storage as part of the security check. Session / as required for the check

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-GW57XDF9WE) via Google’s gtag.js script to collect aggregated information about visits, pages viewed, and approximate location/device data.

Name / type Provider Purpose Typical duration
_ga Google Analytics Distinguishes unique users. Up to 2 years
_ga_GW57XDF9WE (or similar _ga_*) Google Analytics Persists session state for GA4. Up to 2 years

Google may also process technical data (such as IP address) when Analytics runs. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s cookie information.

3. Advertising and conversion measurement

We use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel (pixel ID 47ryw7VY8EXZHgAV3XzMjL) to measure conversions from ChatGPT ads. The pixel script loads from OpenAI (bzrcdn.openai.com) and may send event data to OpenAI (bzr.openai.com).

When you successfully submit an enquiry form, we send a lead_created conversion event so OpenAI can attribute that lead to an ad click where applicable. The pixel can also capture a privacy-preserving click reference (oppref) from the landing URL when you arrive from a ChatGPT ad.

Name / type Provider Purpose Typical duration
__oppref OpenAI (first-party cookie set by the Measurement Pixel) Stores the ChatGPT ad click reference so later page views and conversion events (such as form leads) can be attributed. As set by OpenAI / session to longer-term depending on configuration
OpenAI Measurement Pixel SDK / network requests OpenAI Loads the pixel, records site activity related to ad measurement, and sends conversion events (e.g. lead_created on successful enquiry). On page load / on conversion

See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for how OpenAI processes related data.

Other third-party technologies

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). These requests can reveal your IP address to Google but do not rely on cookies for the font files themselves.

Form submissions are sent securely to our email provider (Resend) after Turnstile verification. That email processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Separately, a successful enquiry can trigger the OpenAI lead_created measurement event described above.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site (including enquiry forms protected by Turnstile) may not work correctly.

You can also limit Google Analytics using browser controls or Google’s own tools, such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking third-party scripts or clearing cookies will also limit OpenAI Ads measurement (including the __oppref cookie).

Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when our use of cookies changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
